How to Cancel Your Services

Your feedback is important to us, so if you'd like to share your reasons for canceling, please include them in your cancellation request or submit a support ticket.
Steps to Cancel Your Services:

Log in to Your Client Account: Log in to your account on our website. Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Client Area.

Access Account Details:
- Click on Hello, {First Name}! in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.

View Service Details:
- In the Your Active Products/Services section, click on View Details for the service you wish to cancel.

Request Cancellation:
- Click on Request Cancellation.

Provide a Reason for Cancellation:
- Enter the reason for your cancellation in the provided text box. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.

Submit Your Cancellation Request:
- Click Request Cancellation to complete the process.
Once your cancellation request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email titled "Cancellation Request Confirmation." After that, you will no longer receive invoices for the canceled service.
